English as a Second Language: Many international students start in our ESL program, taught by an experienced team of instructors. Our ESL program is designed to help you learn English and prepare for regular college courses and life in the USA. Our ESL program provides a bridge to college classes as soon as students are ready.

Some students arrive with good English skills and combine ESL classes with regular classes, or go immediately into regular college classes.

University Transfer: EvCC offers a wide range of university transfer degree programs which prepare students to transfer to a university as third-year students. Our international students have transferred to such schools as the University of Washington, Seattle University, University of Utah, Arizona State University, and many others.

Technical Training: We offer many technical training programs in specific fields, such as business, computer networking, aviation maintenance, graphics, photography, Videography/Media, and more. These programs are usually one or two years long.

How to Apply: Submit an application at least 8-12 weeks before the time you intend to arrive. We are happy to send you an application packet. Use the addresses above to contact us. A TOEFL score is helpful, but not required*. See our Website for a full description of how to apply, as well as for a list of our programs.

* Students are given a placement test upon arrival and are placed in appropriate classes based on test scores.
