Welcoming over 300 students from more than 60 countries, the ISC provides personal attention in order to help students feel a part of the campus and community, experience personal growth, and achieve academic success.
About Fullerton College
Founded in 1913, Fullerton College is California's oldest community college in continuous operation. Fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, Fullerton College will help you- Complete the first two years of undergraduate general education;
- Obtain a two-year Associates Degree (arts or science);
- Earn a vocational certificate; and
- Transfer to a four-year college or university
After completing their first two years at Fullerton College, international students have transferred to such schools as UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, CSU Fullerton, CSU Long Beach, USC and more.
Location & Climate
Fullerton College's beautiful secure campus is located in Southern California, near the beach and the mountains. A short drive from many cultural and entertainment attractions, including Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and metropolitan Los Angeles, Fullerton offers students a variety of recreational and enrichment activities. Historic downtown Fullerton, a five-minute walk from campus, is a charming area of tree-lined streets with several shops, services, cafés, restaurants, and clubs. In August, the temperature ranges from an average high of 30°C to an average low of 17°C. In January, the temperature ranges from an average high of 21°C to an average low of 8°C.
International Student Center Services
The International Student Center is a full-service office dedicated to supporting international students both academically and personally. International students benefit from specialized and individual attention. Services and programs include:- New Student Orientation

Admissions
Fullerton College admits students to the Fall (August), Spring (January), and Summer (June) semesters. Students who have submitted complete applications are notified within 2 weeks of our admissions decision. Applicants must submit the following:- International application
- $40.00 application fee in U.S. currency
- 18 years of age, high school diploma or proof of secondary school completion
- Official academic records from all post-secondary schools
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) minimum score of 500/61. Scores can be reported to Fullerton College with institutional code #4314.
- Statement of Financial Support from parent or sponsor & Bank Certification
