Program Description
At Fullerton College's International Student Center (ISC), you will always find a smile and friendly face. Welcoming approximately 400 students from more than 60 countries, the ISC provides personal attention in order to help students feel a part of the campus and community, experience personal growth, and achieve academic success.
About Fullerton College
Founded in 1913, Fullerton College is California's oldest community college in continuous operation. Fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, Fullerton College will help you- Complete the first two years of undergraduate general education;
- Obtain a two-year Associates Degree (arts or science);
- Earn a vocational certificate; and
- Transfer to a four-year college or university
After completing their first two years at Fullerton College, international students have transferred to such schools as UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC San Diego, CSU Fullerton, CSU Long Beach, USC and more.
Location & Climate
Fullerton College's beautiful and secure campus is located in Southern California, near the beach and the mountains. A short drive from many cultural and entertainment attractions, including Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and metropolitan Los Angeles, Fullerton offers students a variety of recreational and enrichment activities. Historic downtown Fullerton, a five-minute walk from campus, is a charming area of tree-lined streets with several shops, services, cafés, restaurants, and clubs. Admissions
Fullerton College admits students to the Fall (August) and Spring (January) semesters. Students who have submitted complete applications are notified within 2 weeks of our admissions decision. Applicants must submit the following:- International application
- $40.00 application fee in U.S. currency
- 18 years of age, high school diploma or proof of secondary school completion
- Official academic records from all post-secondary schools
- Proof of English proficiency: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) minimum score of 61iBT or IELTS minimum score Band 5.
- Statement of Financial Support & Bank Certification from parent or sponsor & Bank Certification
